Stress Free, Super Flat 12" Square and 300mm Diameter 99.6% Al2O3 Ceramic Substrates

Large, stress free 99.6% Alumina ceramic substrates and ceramic wafers are now available from Valley Design.  Sized up to as large as 12” square and 300mm diameter, these substrates can be made as flat as .0005” per inch in as fired condition.  This tape cast as fired material is available from stock, and Valley can also lap or polish these wafers.  Lapped finish is typically 8-16µ” Ra, polished finish is 1-2µ” Ra.
